What was the highlight of Hotel New Otani Tokyo Garden Tower
A memorable stay in Tokyo.
The helpful staff and beautiful breakfast. I loved the Japanese garden and browsing the interesting shops that were part of the same building. The view from the top of the tower where we had breakfast and dinner was memorable. Our room was spacious and comfortable.
I couldn’t open the window in my room for fresh air.

Great location, rooms are very comfortable. It’s a shame that some of the restaurants/ bars are bad
Room was great, tempura restaurant was excellent
Tried breakfast in 2 locations, both were awful. We were in Japan for a month, staying at a wide variety of properties, and these two were by far the two worst meals we had. Went to sky bar for a drink, we’ll below standard.

Great location and enjoyable stay
The location was excellent, the staff were friendly and polite and the room was spacious. The beautiful Japanese garden in the premises was a bonus.
The furnishings are showing their age. We were in the Garden Tower and the concierge was near the New Otani main reception - it was manageable but a little inconvenient.
